3. Package: Refunds are only available for Pro packages. If you've purchased a different type of package, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Amounts

• Refund Calculation: If you meet the eligibility criteria, you'll receive a refund of 90% of the original purchase price. A penalty fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

• Example: If you purchased a Pro package for $100, your refund would be $90 (90% of the original purchase price).

Subscription Services

• No Refunds for Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for subscription-based services, regardless of package. Instead, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Billing Cycle: Our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You'll be charged for each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
